The MacketBracket ® is a patented, lightweight, adjustable and simple to use free-standing formwork bracket that saves valuable time and money for both concreters and formworkers alike.

HOW TO USE A MACKETBRACKET
STEP ONE
Remove the Anchor Pin from the base selection. Position the MacketBracket® on the formwork. Lift the top arm of the bracket 90* (refer Pic 1). Fasten the bottom plate to the base of the form. For best results, the recommended spacing between bracket is approximately 1.5m to 1.8m. *The MacketBracket® requires just 2 x 50mm roofing screws (or similar) for fastening to formwork. Screws are not supplied with the MacketBracket®.
STEP TWO
Lower the top arm of the MacketBracket® to the point it meets the top edge of the formwork. The MacketBracket® can be easily adjusted by rotating the Reidbar Threaded Rod. The height of the MacketBracket® can be adjusted by hand or with the use of a claw hammer. When the formwork is perpendicular, fasten the top bracket to the form with a screw.
STEP THREE
Once the MacketBracket® is secured to the form, ensure the formwork is aligned with the string line, guides or other reference marks used on the site. Once final alignment and positioning is achieved, drive the steel Anchor Pin through the rear hole of the MacketBracket® and into the soil using a sledge hammer. The MacketBracket® can also be used on concrete casting beds. To anchor the bracket to a casting bed, use a 12mm diameter Ramset Ankascrew to lock the MacketBracket® into position.
